The whole thing, explained once.

Make an account and you'll land with 50 free credits — enough for one complete song with its cover art and reel. Nothing is charged until you spend credits, and no card is needed to try it.

Open Create, type a line describing the song you want, and press go. In a couple of minutes two finished versions appear in your library. You can leave the page while they build; progress is saved.

Everything you make is private. It only becomes visible to other people when you press publish.

A prompt can be one line. “dreamy synthwave about driving home at 3am” is plenty. If you want more control, the four things that move the result most are:

• Genre or era — “90s trip-hop”, “celtic punk”, “bedroom pop”. The single biggest lever.
• Mood and energy — “euphoric”, “menacing”, “slow and sad”. Steers both the arrangement and the artwork.
• Instruments — naming a cello, a 808, a fiddle usually gets you that instrument.
• A story or a hook line — gives the lyrics something concrete. Chanted phrases often survive straight into the chorus.

Turn on instrumental when you want background music with no vocals — useful for video beds and streams.

What doesn't help: naming real artists or songs, writing a paragraph of production notes, or contradicting yourself (“calm aggressive dubstep ballad”).

Standard is the default and the right choice almost always — fast, cheap, and strong on hooks and energy.

Premium runs the same idea through a higher-end music model for a more produced, more detailed result. Worth it when you've found an idea you like and want the best version of it.

Remix takes an existing song and re-imagines it in a different style while keeping its core. Good for turning one idea into a small set.

Credits are the single currency. One finished song costs 50 credits, and credits are 2 cents each — so $1 a song, $2 for a run of two versions. Cover art and the reel are included in that price.

You can buy credit packs at any time; those never expire. Monthly plans give you a refilling credit allowance at a better rate plus access to the premium model and remixes. Plan credits reset each billing period; pack credits sit on top and carry over.

If a generation fails, its credits are returned automatically. Every charge and refund appears in History on the credits page, along with invoices and plan management.

Each song gets its own cover art generated from its mood and lyrics — a tall portrait master plus a square crop, so it looks correct in the player, in your library and in a social post.

The reel is a vertical 9:16 video: your cover art brought to motion with the track underneath. It's sized for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, so you can download it and post without touching an editor.

Reels take a little longer than the audio. If the song is ready and the reel isn't, give it another minute and refresh the song page.

Publishing a song moves it to the public feed and onto your artist profile, where anyone can play, like and follow. You can unpublish later; it returns to being private.

Playlists group songs into a set, with their own artwork. A playlist can be private (just for you) or public, in which case it gets a shareable link and shows on your profile.

The player follows you across the app and has a queue, shuffle and repeat — including repeat-one for when a track needs another spin.

Your profile is a public page holding your published songs and public playlists. Set a display name, a bio and a username — the username is the address people share.

You can generate an artist photo with AI from the profile page, in the same visual language as your covers, or leave it blank.

Account details, email and billing settings live under account.

• A song is stuck partway. Generation happens in stages — lyrics, audio, cover, reel. Leave it a few minutes; long queues do happen. If it fails outright, credits come back on their own.
• Nothing plays. Audio needs a moment to finish uploading after a song appears. Reload the page; if it's still silent, the track may have failed and been refunded.
• The reel is missing. Video is the last step and the slowest. Check the song page again shortly.
• Credits didn't arrive after paying. They usually land within seconds. Open the credits page and it will reconcile with the payment automatically.
• The lyrics aren't what you asked for. Put the specific line you want in the prompt, in quotes, and try again — hooks written that way tend to stick.
